Our Mission
S.T.E.M Education Program
STEM refers to the areas of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. STEM initiatives started as a way to promote education in these related areas so that students would be prepared to study STEM fields in college and pursue STEM-related careers. Schools with a strong emphasis on STEM education often integrate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into the entire curriculum.
The Leadership Program
The Project UPLIFT Leadership Program primary function is to empower young adolescents from ages 13-18 in leadership development. The Project UPLIFT leadership Program provides youth with academic support, mentorship, college preparation, as well as preparation with the transition from adolescent to adulthood. Over 98% of the students go on to institutions of higher education.

At its core, mentoring assures young people that there is someone who cares about them, that they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, and that they matter. Quality mentoring relationships have powerful positive effects on young people in a variety of personal, academic, and professional situations, according to research. Mentoring ultimately connects a young person to personal growth and development, as well as social and economic opportunity. Despite this, one in every three young people will grow up without this essential asset.
Be Part Of A Mentor Program
We offer an exciting new program in which mentors and mentees can establish a mutually beneficial relationship. Mentors can share their strengths, abilities, and networks, while mentees can seek advice and benefit from the experience of seasoned professionals. Both parties are equally responsible for establishing this relationship.

One of our organization's core values is "to share our skills, talents, and abilities to benefit the communities in which we live and work." Regardless of years in the profession or time available, Project Uplift provides several opportunities for volunteers to share their time and expertise. Most volunteers discover that they receive more than they give!
Donations for Our Programs
We have a donation program that is exclusive to our programs. Your contributions enable us to continue our youth mentoring programs. Your contribution helps a young person realize their full potential. Currently, one in every three youth is growing up without any kind of mentor, despite the fact that we know that young people who have a mentor are much more likely to participate in after-school activities, be leaders in clubs and teams, volunteer, and attend college. Your contribution contributes to our country's ability to provide quality mentoring relationships to young people who still lack a positive caring role model outside of their family.
